Before and After
Stage 1 - Quotation & Survey
This will be determined from your home consultation and computer generated plans and schematics. Once approved by you and a contract is signed, we can begin. This will be followed by a thorough survey, and any additional cost implications will be subject to your approval. Once final costs are approved, plans will be drawn up.

Stage 2 - Construction
The footings are dug, and then allowed to cure for 3 or 4 days. Once these have set the conservatory base is built, concrete is poured over site, and then the dwarf walls are constructed.

Stage 3 - The Installation
The framework can now be fitted to the dwarf-wall base. The windows and doors are all installed and your conservatory now takes shape. A sand and cement screed gives the floor a smooth finish in preparation for the fitting of utilities.

Stage 4 - Finishing Touches
Our plumbers, electricians and plasterers will now complete the project. The Installation Manager will make a final check to ensure all work is complete and the site is clear. Your conservatory is now complete!
